Alivia's 1st Birthday

Once again I am very behind on my posts. We celebrated Alivia's 1st birthday on the 29th with We started out the day with Megan and JJ coming for a visit. We tried so hard to get a good picture of the two of them but they just wouldn't smile for us. Then when Alivia was napping it started to snow! When she woke up I took her outside to "play" for about 5 minutes before she had enough. Later we celebrated with Grandma and Grandpa Lauseng, and Aunt Tiana (who shares the same birthday with Alivia). It took John 3 hours to drive less than 15 miles home because of the snow but once he arrived we ate dinner and she opened up her now doll. It wasn't the day we had planned but it turned out very fun. I cannot believe our little girl is 1 already! It has been the best year! She is so amazing, sweet, fun, and we love her so much!

We had two birthday parties; a family party and a friend party. We had so much fun and I think Alivia loved being the center of attention and opening even more gifts after Christmas. It was a little tight trying to fit everyone in our house but maybe we can start celebrating half birthdays at the park:) Thanks everyone for coming to celebrate with us!
